Applicants must have a current license/certification as a psychologist, clinical social worker, psychiatrist, counselor, family and/or marriage therapist, or professional coach as well as professional liability insurance and references.

Affiliate status is $105 a month with a minimum commitment of six months. Associate status provides full-time office space and services for $750 a month and a commitment of one year.
